433.533  Document reflecting receipt of list of rights and explanation of rights.  Each facility shall, within a reasonable time after a client is admitted to the facility for evaluation, treatment or training, ask the client to sign a document that reflects that the client has received a list of the client’s rights and has had those rights explained to him or her.
