433.224 - “Treatment” defined. - Nevada Statutes

433.224  “Treatment” defined.  “Treatment” means any combination of procedures or activities, of whatever level of intensity and whatever duration, ranging from occasional counseling sessions to full-time admission to a residential facility.

      NRS 433.227  “Treatment to competency” defined.  “Treatment to competency” means treatment provided to a person who is a defendant in a criminal action or proceeding to attempt to cause the person to attain competency to stand trial or receive pronouncement of judgment.
