433.244  Administrator: Qualifications; classification.

      1.  The Administrator must have:

      (a) Training and demonstrated administrative qualities of leadership in any one of the professional fields of psychiatry, medicine, psychology, social work, education or administration; and

      (b) Administrative training or experience in programs relating to mental health, including care, treatment or training, or any combination thereof, of persons with mental illness or mental retardation and persons with related conditions.

      2.  The Administrator is in the unclassified service of the State.
