433.267 - Limitation on time for certification of psychiatrist employed by Division. - Nevada Statutes

433.267  Limitation on time for certification of psychiatrist employed by Division.  Any psychiatrist who is employed by the Division must be certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology within 5 years after the psychiatrist’s first date of employment with the Division. The Administrator shall terminate the employment of any psychiatrist who fails to receive such certification.
