433A.010 - Applicability of chapter. - Nevada Statutes

433A.010  Applicability of chapter.  The provisions of this chapter apply to all mental health centers of the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of the Department and of the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department. Such provisions apply to private institutions and facilities offering mental health services only when specified in the context.
