433B.230  State not responsible for payment of costs of care and treatment at other facility; exception.  The State is not responsible for payment of the costs of care and treatment of children admitted to a facility not operated by the Division except as otherwise provided in NRS 433.374 or where, before admission, the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee authorizes the expenditure of state money for that purpose.
