435.130 - Declaration of legislative intent. - Nevada Statutes

435.130  Declaration of legislative intent.  The intent of the Legislature in the enactment of NRS 435.130 to 435.310, inclusive, is to aid persons with mental retardation and persons with related conditions who are not served by existing programs in receiving high quality care and training in an effort to help them become useful citizens.
