439.491  Definitions. [Effective July 1, 2010.]  As used in NRS 439.491 to 439.494, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 439.4911 to 439.4919, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
