440.620  Proof required for filing of delayed certificate.  The acceptance for filing of any certificate by the State Registrar more than 4 years after the time prescribed for its filing shall be subject to regulations in which the Board shall prescribe in detail the proofs to be submitted by any applicant for delayed filing of a certificate.
