440.315  Certificate of birth: Removal of notation of illegitimacy; application for and issuance of new certificate.  Any person, or any parent or guardian, of a child with respect to whom a certificate of birth has been issued by this state indicating the illegitimacy of the person or child may apply to the State Registrar for a new certificate which does not contain any notation of illegitimacy, and upon such application the State Registrar shall issue such a certificate.
