441A.310  Examination and treatment of minor without consent.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 441A.210, when any minor is suspected of having or is found to have a sexually transmitted disease, the health authority may require the minor to undergo examination and treatment, regardless of whether the minor or either of the minor’s parents consents to the examination and treatment.
