444.310 - Powers and duties of Health Division not limited by NRS 444.220 - Nevada Statutes

444.310  Powers and duties of Health Division not limited by NRS 444.220 to 444.320, inclusive.  Nothing in NRS 444.220 to 444.320, inclusive, shall be interpreted to limit the powers and duties of the Health Division prescribed by NRS 439.170 and 439.570.

      NRS 444.320  Penalties.  Any person who violates any provision of NRS 444.220 to 444.300, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
