444.540  Municipal solid waste management systems: Acceptance and use of grants or appropriations.  The governing body of a municipality may accept and disburse funds derived from grants from any person or appropriation from the general fund in the State Treasury for the installation and operation of a solid waste management system, or any part thereof.
