444A.070  Report to Legislature on status of programs for recycling and reuse of materials.  The Director of the Department shall deliver to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau a biennial report on or before January 31 of each odd-numbered year for submission to the Legislature on the status of current and proposed programs for recycling and reuse of materials and on any other matter relating to recycling and reuse which he or she deems appropriate.
