445A.030  Publication of proposal; submission to registered voters.  Upon receipt of such notice, each county clerk shall cause such proposal to be published and submitted to the appropriate registered voters, as specified in NRS 445A.035, in the manner provided by the general election laws for the submission of questions. If required to carry out the provisions of NRS 445A.035, such proposal shall appear on a separate ballot.
