445A.355  “Effluent limitation” defined.  “Effluent limitation” means any applicable state and federal water quality standard or limitation which imposes any restriction or prohibition on quantities, rates and concentrations of chemical, physical, biological and other constituents which are discharged from point sources into any waters of the State.
