445A.435  Notice of hearing on regulation which provides standard of water quality or discharge of waste.  If a regulation which is to be considered by the Commission provides a standard of water quality or waste discharge, notice of the hearing on the regulation must be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the area to which the standard, if adopted, will apply.
