445A.535  Package plant for sewage treatment: Exemption from provisions of NRS 445A.540 to 445A.560, inclusive.  Any public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada which is providing sewerage on June 7, 1979, is exempt from the provisions of NRS 445A.540 to 445A.560, inclusive.
