445B.380  Duties of Department: Issuance of statewide inventory of greenhouse gases released; information to be included in inventory.

      1.  The Department shall, not later than December 31, 2008, and at least every 4 years thereafter, issue a statewide inventory of greenhouse gases released in this State.

      2.  The inventory must include, without limitation:

      (a) The origins, types and amounts of those greenhouse gases;

      (b) The Department’s analysis of the information set forth in paragraph (a); and

      (c) Documentation for the information set forth in paragraphs (a) and (b).
