446.943 - Prosecution by district attorney. - Nevada Statutes

446.943  Prosecution by district attorney.  The district attorney of each county shall prosecute any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of the regulations of the State Board of Health or the local board of health adopted pursuant to this chapter.

      NRS 446.945  Penalties.  Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition thereto, such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
