449.470  Director may use staff or contract for services.  In carrying out the duties prescribed by NRS 449.450 to 449.530, inclusive, the Director may utilize his or her own staff or may contract with any appropriate, independent and qualified organization. Such a contractor shall not release or publish or otherwise use any information made available to it under its contractual responsibility unless permission is specifically granted by the Director.
