449.0046  “Facility for the treatment of irreversible renal disease” defined.  “Facility for the treatment of irreversible renal disease” means a facility that is not part of a hospital and which provides peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis or trains a person with a permanent irreversible renal impairment to perform dialysis for himself or herself.
