449.019  “Surgical center for ambulatory patients” defined.  “Surgical center for ambulatory patients” means a facility with limited medical services available for diagnosis or treatment of patients by surgery where the patients’ recovery, in the opinion of the surgeon, will not require care as a patient in the facility for more than 24 hours.
