449.038 - Regulation of other facilities. - Nevada Statutes

449.038  Regulation of other facilities.  The Board may adopt regulations requiring the licensing of a facility other than those required to be licensed pursuant to NRS 449.001 to 449.240, inclusive, if the:

      1.  Facility provides any type of medical care or treatment; and

      2.  Regulation is necessary to protect the health of the general public.
