449.2465  Persons entitled to results of tests performed at laboratory regarding patient of rural hospital.  The following persons are entitled to access the results of tests performed at a licensed laboratory regarding a patient of a rural hospital:

      1.  The patient;

      2.  The physician who ordered the tests; and

      3.  A provider of health care who is currently treating or providing assistance in the treatment of the patient.
