449.420 - Amount of state assistance: Allocations; payments. - Nevada Statutes

449.420  Amount of state assistance: Allocations; payments.  Money in the State Public Health Facilities Construction Assistance Fund must be allocated and paid to construction projects on the basis of relative need in accordance with the need identified in the state health plan and in accordance with a ratio between state money and federal money determined by the State Department. In no event may the amount of state assistance made available or paid out for a project exceed the amount supplied by the sponsor of the project.

      NRS 449.430  Money from State Public Health Facilities Construction Assistance Fund to be paid in installments.  Moneys in the State Public Health Facilities Construction Assistance Fund allocated to a particular approved project shall be paid out in installments at the same times and in the same manner as installments of federal funds are paid out from the Health Facilities Assistance Fund pursuant to NRS 449.390.
