449.773 - “Person with a disability” defined. - Nevada Statutes

449.773  “Person with a disability” defined.  “Person with a disability” means a person who:

      1.  Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person;

      2.  Has a record of such an impairment; or

      3.  Is regarded as having such an impairment.
