449.785  Prohibition on retaliation against person for reporting or providing information regarding violation.  An officer, administrator or employee of a facility licensed pursuant to this chapter shall not retaliate against any person for having:

      1.  Reported a violation of NRS 449.765 to 449.786, inclusive; or

      2.  Provided information regarding a violation of NRS 449.765 to 449.786, inclusive,
