450.610 - Resolution creating district. - Nevada Statutes

450.610  Resolution creating district.  If after a hearing, the board of county commissioners determines that the creation of the proposed hospital district is desirable, the board shall by resolution provide for the creation of such district, designating the name of the district and establishing the boundaries of the district.
