450B.110 - “Volunteer attendant” defined.
450B.110 “Volunteer attendant” defined. “Volunteer attendant” means a person who does not receive the majority of his or her annual employment income from employment as an attendant, and who is not employed by a commercial ambulance firm or corporation.
