451.520 - “Decedent” defined. - Nevada Statutes

451.520  “Decedent” defined.  “Decedent” means a deceased natural person whose body or part is or may be the source of an anatomical gift. The term includes a stillborn infant and, subject to restrictions imposed by law other than NRS 451.500 to 451.598, inclusive, a fetus.
