453.700  Application for treatment; regulations for voluntary submission.

      1.  Any person who believes himself or herself to be a narcotic addict may make application to the Health Division of the Department for voluntary submission to treatment maintained under the provisions of NRS 453.660 or NRS 458.290 to 458.350, inclusive.

      2.  The Health Division shall adopt regulations relating to the requirements for voluntary submission under this section.
