454.500  Regulation of sale of hypodermic devices other than hypodermic needles or syringes.  The Board shall establish, by regulation, the type of devices other than hypodermic needles and syringes that must be sold in compliance with the provisions of NRS 454.480 to 454.530, inclusive.
