454.045  Sale or delivery of poison listed in Schedule “B” only by registered pharmacist.  It is unlawful for any person, other than a registered pharmacist or an intern pharmacist acting under the direct and immediate supervision of a registered pharmacist, to vend, sell, furnish or deliver any poison enumerated in Schedule “B” of NRS 454.010.
