457.186  Hearing on denial or withdrawal of certificate of authorization.  Upon request, the Health Division shall hold an administrative hearing concerning the denial or withdrawal of an application for a certificate of authorization to operate a radiation machine for mammography or a certificate of authorization for a radiation machine for mammography.
