457.100  Investigation or testing of product is not endorsement of product; representation of endorsement by Health Division prohibited.  The investigation or testing of any product by the Health Division is not an endorsement of the qualifications or value of such product, and a person shall not make any representation that investigation or testing constitutes an approval or endorsement of the person’s activities by the Health Division.
