457.270  Consent required before disclosure of identity of patient, physician or health care facility.  The Health Division shall not reveal the identity of any patient, physician or health care facility which is involved in the reporting required by NRS 457.250 unless the patient, physician or health care facility gives prior written consent to such a disclosure.

      NRS 457.280  Limitation on civil and criminal liability.  No person or organization providing information to the Health Division in accordance with NRS 457.230, 457.240 and 457.250 may be held liable in a civil or criminal action for divulging confidential information unless the person or organization has done so in bad faith or with malicious purpose.
