459.3862 - “Committee” defined. - Nevada Statutes

459.3862  “Committee” defined.  As used in NRS 459.3862 to 459.3868, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “Committee” means a Committee to Oversee the Management of Risks, created pursuant to NRS 459.3864.
