459.260 - Impounding of sources of ionizing radiation by Health Division. - Nevada Statutes

459.260  Impounding of sources of ionizing radiation by Health Division.  In the event of an emergency, the Health Division may impound, or order the impounding of, sources of ionizing radiation in the possession of any person who is not equipped to observe, or who fails to observe, any provision of NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive, or any rules or regulations issued under NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive.
