461.183  Fund for Manufactured Housing: Deposit of fees; use.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 489.265, all fees collected pursuant to this chapter must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Fund for Manufactured Housing. All expenses for the enforcement of this chapter must be paid from the Fund.
