461A.190  Objection to hearing or order to abate nuisance is waived if no action brought within 30 days after posting or receipt of order.  Any owner or other interested person who has an objection to the hearing or the agency ordering the abatement of a nuisance must bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 days after the date of the posting of the order on the mobile home or receipt of the order pursuant to NRS 461A.180 or the objection shall be deemed waived.
