463.0167  “License fees” defined.  “License fees” means any money required by law to be paid to obtain or renew a gaming license, manufacturer’s or distributor’s license or license issued to an operator of an off-track pari-mutuel system. The term also includes the fees paid by a disseminator of information concerning racing.
