463.341  Order of court for release of confidential information: Procedure.  An application to a court for an order requiring the Board or the Commission to release any information declared by law to be confidential shall be made only upon motion in writing on 10 days’ written notice to the Board or Commission, the Attorney General and all persons who may be affected by the entry of such order. Copies of the motion and all papers filed in support of it shall be served with the notice by delivering a copy in person or by certified mail to the last known address of the person to be served.
