463.355  District attorney, sheriff and chief of police to furnish information obtained during investigation or prosecution.  Every district attorney, sheriff and chief of police shall furnish to the Board, on forms prepared by the Board, all information obtained during the course of any substantial investigation or prosecution of any person if it appears that a violation of any law related to gaming has occurred.
