463B.120  Powers and duties of supervisor under gaming license issued by municipality.  A supervisor shall be deemed to be a licensee of the gaming establishment under any license issued to operate the gaming establishment by a county, city or town, and may perform all acts that the supervisor is required or permitted to perform without approval or other action of the county, city or town.
