463B.260  Certain circumstances requiring termination of appointment of supervisor.  The appointment of a supervisor terminates if any court of this state or of the United States overrules the Commission’s decision to revoke or suspend the license for operation of the gaming establishment, or if the Commission’s petition for termination is granted, except that the supervisor shall transfer to the appropriate persons their respective interests in the establishment.
