472.110  Meals may be provided to employees during emergency.  The State Forester Firewarden may provide meals to employees of the Division of Forestry of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources who are involved in emergency fire fighting if the State Forester Firewarden determines that it is impractical for the employees to eat at home because of their duties in that emergency.
