474.010  Territory which may be organized into district.  Contiguous unincorporated territory lying within one or more counties or incorporated territory lying within a consolidated municipality and not included in any other fire protection district may be formed into a county fire protection district in the manner and under the proceedings set forth in NRS 474.010 to 474.450, inclusive.
