477.130  Fire alarms.  The owner or operator of every hotel or motel of three stories or more which contains 20 or more guest rooms, apartment building or condominium of three stories or more with 15 or more dwelling units, or any office building of three stories or more shall equip the building with fire alarms in compliance with paragraph 2 of section 1202B of the 1979 edition of the Uniform Building Code.
