481A.020 - Representatives designated to serve on cooperating committee. - Nevada Statutes

481A.020  Representatives designated to serve on cooperating committee.  The designated representatives of this State to serve on the cooperating committee established by Article IV of the Multistate Highway Transportation Agreement are:

      1.  The Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Transportation or a person designated by the Chair; and

      2.  The Chair of the Assembly Standing Committee on Transportation or a person designated by the Chair.
